Stackless is operated by Stackless LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Luis Obispo County. Our website is mystackless.com and you can reach us at hello@mystackless.com.

Information we collect

When you send a fit-check or quote request from your email app, we receive:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your selected delivery area
• Preferred rack size and configuration details
• Any additional notes you provide

If you proceed after written order confirmation, Stripe collects payment information directly through the secure deposit link we send. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your fit-check and quote requests
• Communicate about your order status and delivery
• Process payments through Stripe
• Improve our products and service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Cloudflare - hosts this website and forwards incoming messages to our business inbox. Our email provider processes those messages so we can respond.

Your rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data)

Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising cookies. Stripe may set functional cookies when you follow a secure payment link. The fit-check form opens an email draft. No fit-check details are sent to our website; you must send the email from your email app.

Data retention

We retain fit-check and quote request data for up to 24 months to follow up on inquiries and improve service. Payment records are retained as required by California tax law. You may request deletion by emailing hello@mystackless.com, subject to exceptions permitted by applicable law, including records we must retain for tax and transaction purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
